"From our first call with Maya, we instantly clicked. We had interviewed a few coordinators, but she stood out right away. She was professional but warm and genuinely invested in our vision. She went above and beyond from start to finish, making sure every vendor (and even our families and bridal party) had her contact info, joining a few of our calls to help shape the timeline, and managing all payments and logistics on the wedding day so we could focus on the moment. I love that she even did a walk through with us of the venue and also attended our church rehearsal. 


She executed every detail beautifully. From setting up our DIY décor, favors, signs, name tags, and cocktail napkins to coordinating seamlessly with our DJ, limo, getaway car drivers, venue manager, dance floor and photo booth set up, and even the church organist, queuing everyone flawlessly. 


Like every wedding we had some unexpected things come up. For instance, our ceremony ran much longer than planned, Maya immediately adjusted the schedule and communicated with all the vendors and venue to keep things on track. Also, my mom accidentally got locked in the bathroom right before our grand entrance, Maya was the one who found her!


Everyone (our families, bridal party, and vendors) knew exactly who she was, and it became my favorite thing to say: “I don’t know, ask Maya!”
